One Week....Six Days...
Wow, I can't believe how close I am to my due date. I can't wait to see Sophia Elizabeth. She looks so cute in the ultra sounds. :D

Anyways, I will try to leave more details about life a little later.

Yes, it is amazing. I am really quite astonished...and yet a little apprehensive. After all, I have an idea of what to expect, but I think it is one of those things that people can tell you about until they go blue, but can't be fathomed until experienced by one's self.

I think so, too. I know that I have it in me to do it the way I want to, also (as long as there are not any complications). I think going natural will be a very interesting experience. (Most moms keep telling me to take the epidural...but knowing my luck with needles and side effects of medications, I will be much better off without it.)

I was all about going natural...until several hours into labour. Good grief it was the most pain I had even experienced...all lower back pain to the point where I was going to pass out and throw up. Just plain nasty. LOL! But everyone is different so it might be a piece of cake for you!

Yes, I have heard of that, but I have that anyways due to a bad back. Sometimes even alcohol with ibuprofen won't help so I am hoping that prepares me. lol. I figure that between that and other pains I have had this should be doable, besides I tend to have the nasty side effects of just about any medication I'd rather take the chance of pain just during birth than having a spinal "headache". Besides, it should be interesting. I know that sounds weird, but really while I don't enjoy pain, I don't find it as unpleasant as some might.
