RHPS
I just saw the Rocky Horror Picture Show on dvd. I liked it. Then I found out that there is audience participation during the film. Now I really want to see it when they bring it around here to do the participation. I mean who doesn't like using squirt guns and shouting 'asshole' in the theater. Raise of hands? Didn't think so. Anyways, I can't wait to do a particpation :)

I went to see it a couple of years ago, wearing a corset, fishnets and - erm - not a lot else! It was a good night :D

Side thought-
Wear something you do not mind really being able to wash the first time you go. Because if you are seeing it for audience participation, there should be a grand de-virginising of the first time comers. I was a teen, it was so long ago, at Balboa CA. I was covered head to toe in spray whipping cream stars, and asked to hold still while being make-up as a Sunday and then licked clean…. I remember I had sprinkles in my cleavage for the whole show, and they itched. It was so sticky. I had been warned, and brought a towel for the car for the ride home. I should have worn PVC. (I do not think it was available yet.)
Have a blast, and be prepared to be silly.

They stopped doing participation on one tour of the play because of Nice, our theatre technician, and his cronies..

They got really plastered one night before the show and threw WAYYY too many water balloons into the audience. It was bad.

Heh, heh. I just found out that they don't do participations here, because in the 1980's there was a riot at one of the theaters and it was costly.
